Navigating Ethics During the Pandemic will provide educational information to mental health professionals to ensure that they are in compliant with laws in policies that governs the delivery of quality care that protects mental health professionals and clients during the pandemic. Participants will be able to conduct legal, ethical, and evidenced- based telehealth and in person therapy, implement safeguard measures for in person therapy, interpret HIPAA Privacy Rules and HIPAA HITECH ACT, create a contactless process for intake paperwork, analyze HIPPA Compliance platforms for delivering quality telehealth services, and interpret state laws on telehealth services.
